Our offer includes the professional execution of the agreed roofing work, including all necessary materials, travel to and from the site, and disposal of the resulting construction waste. Not included are services not explicitly listed in the scope of work, such as additional sealing work on adjacent building components or the restoration of green areas after the construction site.
Should unforeseen damage or necessary additional services be discovered during execution, we will inform you immediately. These tasks will only be carried out after your written consent and will be billed based on actual effort. A detailed cost estimate will be prepared in advance.
We provide a statutory warranty of five years from acceptance for all roofing work we perform. This covers defects resulting from faulty execution or defective materials. Damage due to improper use, force majeure, or normal wear and tear is excluded.
After the order is placed, we will agree on a binding start date with you. The construction site will be left swept clean daily. For work on occupied buildings, we ensure execution is as dust-free and low-noise as possible. Should delays occur due to weather conditions, we will inform you in a timely manner.
Certain tasks such as sealing or coating can only be carried out in dry weather and at temperatures above 5 °C. If the weather makes professional execution impossible, we will postpone the affected work step to the next suitable day. The construction period will be extended accordingly, without incurring any additional costs for you.
